A question

Does the "Fallen" still exist?

Drollond said it was "on hold", and Jinli apparently confirmed it also.
I think as soon as Jinli is back in the game, he will "resub" the guild.

This is the last informations I know, about the Fallen.

Another question.
Are the "Outlaws" rebel? because it seems to be looking that way. Or are the "Outlaws" Neutral? Basically is the situation All vs All or All vs Imps?

I would say it can contain neutrals that are sympathetic to the Rebellion

The outlaws (in the past anyway) have been made up usually of a little bit of a mix.
as a big part of it was the smuggling side etc there is scope for "freelance work" as such.
part of this would be down to individual characters to an extent (i.e. a pro rebel would be less likely to work for an imperial contractor, but a "simple rouge" wouldn't care as long as they got paid)

The fallen are kinda afk at the moment it seems, some of the key people have taken breaks from the game i think. not sure if they have any plans off hand atm though
