Indeed, it's a mod that changes one of the bracelets into an Imperial Lt-Colonel's Rank Badges, also in that video are mods to make the Imperial Hat Black, correct the Imperial Officer's Trousers to the kind that NPCs wear and also made the White Imperial Jacket properly White rather than light grey.

I've gotten a few mods from the mandalorian mod site, but can't say I'm an expert on them.
not sure if the files can be posted here? but would it be worth (if they can be) making a little forum for anyone else who would like them? (thats if you loverly guys want to give them away of course )
